Những dữ liệu dưới đây nằm trong vùng nhớ riêng của ứng dụng trên thiết bị. Chúng không được gửi đi đâu và sẽ mất khi bạn gỡ ứng dụng.

Ngày âm, ngày tốt xấu, tiết khí và lá số đều được tính ngay trên máy bằng bảng và công thức đóng sẵn trong ứng dụng, không cần internet.
Từ phiên bản 1.1.1, ứng dụng dùng Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics và Remote Config) để biết tính năng nào được dùng và để nhận báo cáo khi ứng dụng gặp sự cố. Đây là những thứ được gửi đi:

Phần này không kèm tên, email, số điện thoại, ngày sinh hay lá số bạn nhập, cũng không kèm nội dung sự kiện trong lịch của bạn. Mã định danh nói trên gắn với bản cài chứ không gắn với con người bạn, và mất đi khi bạn gỡ ứng dụng.
Dữ liệu này do Google xử lý với vai trò bên cung cấp dịch vụ, theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Firebase. Chúng tôi không bán và không chuyển nó cho bên nào khác.
Ứng dụng cũng hỏi Firebase Remote Config một ít cấu hình hiển thị, ví dụ biểu tượng ứng dụng có đổi theo mùa lễ hay không. Lượt hỏi ấy chỉ lấy cấu hình về, không gửi dữ liệu của bạn lên.
Bản miễn phí hiện một dải quảng cáo ở cuối màn hình, và một quảng cáo video khi bạn tự chọn xem để mở tạm Premium. Quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Để chọn và đo quảng cáo, AdMob nhận từ máy bạn:

Quảng cáo không bao giờ nhận ngày sinh, lá số hay nội dung lịch của bạn. Trên iPhone, ứng dụng chỉ dùng IDFA khi bạn bấm "Cho phép" ở hộp thoại theo dõi của Apple; từ chối thì vẫn có quảng cáo nhưng không cá nhân hoá. Ở Khu vực Kinh tế châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ, ứng dụng hỏi sự đồng ý của bạn trước khi tải bất kỳ quảng cáo nào, và bạn đổi lại lựa chọn được bất cứ lúc nào ở Cài đặt › Premium › Tuỳ chọn quyền riêng tư quảng cáo. Trên Android bạn cũng có thể xoá hoặc đặt lại mã quảng cáo trong phần cài đặt Google của máy.
Google xử lý dữ liệu này theo cách Google dùng thông tin từ ứng dụng đối tác. Mua gói Premium hoặc gói gỡ quảng cáo là tắt hẳn dải quảng cáo.
Ứng dụng bán gói Premium (thuê bao tháng hoặc năm) và gói gỡ quảng cáo (mua một lần). Việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store thực hiện trọn vẹn: ứng dụng không bao giờ thấy số thẻ, tên chủ thẻ hay địa chỉ thanh toán của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ nhận lại từ cửa hàng mã gói bạn đang sở hữu và mã giao dịch, và chỉ lưu trên máy trạng thái "đã có Premium / đã gỡ quảng cáo" để khỏi phải hỏi lại mỗi lần mở. Không có máy chủ nào của chúng tôi nhận các thông tin này. Huỷ thuê bao làm trong phần quản lý thuê bao của Google Play hoặc Apple ID.
Ứng dụng dùng Firebase Cloud Messaging để nhận thông báo về dịp lễ, tính năng mới, và — chỉ khi bạn tự bật "Tin ưu đãi và tính năng mới" — ưu đãi Premium. Để gửi được, Firebase cấp cho bản cài một mã nhận thông báo và ghi nhận máy đang theo nhóm nào (mọi người, ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt hay tiếng Anh, có nhận ưu đãi không). Thông báo gửi theo nhóm chứ không nhắm riêng ai; chúng tôi không lưu mã ấy ở đâu khác. Tắt thông báo của ứng dụng trong cài đặt hệ điều hành là ngừng nhận.
Ứng dụng xin quyền đọc và ghi lịch để làm hai việc, và chỉ hai việc đó:
Nội dung sự kiện chỉ được đọc ra để hiển thị trong ứng dụng. Ứng dụng không sao chép, không lưu lại và không gửi nội dung đó đi đâu. Sự kiện bạn tạo được ghi thẳng vào tài khoản lịch bạn chọn (ví dụ Google, iCloud) và từ đó do nhà cung cấp tài khoản ấy quản lý theo chính sách riêng của họ.
Bạn có thể từ chối hoặc thu hồi quyền này bất cứ lúc nào trong phần cài đặt của hệ điều hành. Khi đó ứng dụng vẫn dùng được bình thường, chỉ là phần sự kiện sẽ trống.
Ứng dụng không hướng riêng tới trẻ em, không hỏi tuổi và không thu thập thông tin định danh cá nhân của bất kỳ ai. Số liệu sử dụng và báo cáo sự cố nói trên được thu thập ở mức thiết bị, không nhằm dựng hồ sơ về người dùng. Quảng cáo trong ứng dụng dành cho người lớn và không được nhắm tới trẻ em.
Dữ liệu bạn nhập nằm trên máy bạn nên bạn kiểm soát trực tiếp: xoá lá số đã lưu trong ứng dụng, thu hồi quyền lịch trong cài đặt hệ điều hành, hoặc gỡ ứng dụng để xoá sạch mọi thứ ứng dụng đã lưu. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao nào của những dữ liệu ấy.
Riêng số liệu sử dụng và báo cáo sự cố thì nằm ở Firebase. Gỡ ứng dụng là máy ngừng gửi và mã định danh của bản cài mất đi. Muốn xoá phần đã gửi trước đó, hãy viết cho minhbq@eupgroup.net kèm mốc thời gian và kiểu máy để chúng tôi tìm và yêu cầu Google xoá.
Phần ngày tốt xấu, hướng xuất hành và lá số tử vi được an theo bảng cổ truyền, mang tính tham khảo về văn hoá. Ứng dụng không đưa ra lời khuyên y tế, tài chính hay pháp lý.
Nếu có phiên bản nào bắt đầu xử lý dữ liệu khác đi, chính sách này sẽ được cập nhật kèm ngày hiệu lực mới trước khi phiên bản đó phát hành.

The app keeps the following in its private storage on your device. None of it leaves the device, and all of it disappears when you uninstall: display settings (language, light or dark theme, accent colour, first day of the week); the birth date, hour and gender you enter for a Tử Vi chart; the charts you choose to save, with the names you give them; and which of your calendars are switched on for display.
Lunar dates, auspicious days, solar terms and Tử Vi charts are all computed on the device from tables built into the app; none of that needs an internet connection.
The app requests read and write access to your calendars for two purposes only: to show events from the calendars already on your device alongside the lunar date, and to create, edit or delete notes and events when you explicitly ask it to. Event contents are read for display only — never copied, stored or transmitted. Events you create are written into the calendar account you pick (for example Google or iCloud) and are then governed by that provider's own policy. You can refuse or revoke this permission at any time in your system settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
Since version 1.1.1 the app uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to see which features get used and to receive crash reports. What leaves the device: the screens you open and in-app events, tagged with an identifier for your installation; device model, OS version, app version, language and a country estimated from your IP address; and crash traces showing where the app stopped.
It carries no name, email, phone number, birth details, saved chart or calendar event content. The identifier belongs to the installation rather than to you, and it disappears when you uninstall. Google processes this as a service provider under the Firebase privacy policy. Remote Config only fetches display settings — such as whether the app icon follows a festive season — and uploads nothing about you.
The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen, and a video ad when you choose to watch one to unlock Premium for a while. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives from your device: the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID, or IDFA on iPhone if you allow tracking), to pick more relevant ads and cap how often one repeats; and IP address, device model, OS, language, plus ad views and taps, to size ads correctly, prevent ad fraud and bill advertisers.
Ads never receive your birth details, charts or calendar contents. On iPhone the IDFA is used only if you tap "Allow" in Apple's tracking prompt; if you don't, you still see ads, just non-personalised ones. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before loading any ad, and you can change your choice any time under Settings › Premium › Ad privacy choices. On Android you can also delete or reset the advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Google handles this data as described in how Google uses information from partner apps. Buying Premium or ad removal turns the banner off entirely.
The app sells Premium (a monthly or yearly subscription) and ad removal (a one-time purchase). Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store: the app never sees your card number, cardholder name or billing address. It only gets back from the store which products you own and the transaction ID, and keeps on the device whether you have Premium or ad removal so it doesn't have to ask on every launch. None of this reaches any server of ours. Cancel a subscription from your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to receive notifications about holidays, new features and — only if you turn on "Offers and new features" — Premium offers. To deliver them, Firebase gives your installation a messaging token and records which groups the device follows (everyone, Vietnamese or English, offers or not). Notifications go out to groups, not to individuals, and we keep the token nowhere else. Turning off the app's notifications in your system settings stops them.
It collects no name, email or phone number; no precise location, contacts, photos, files or health data. It never sends your birth details, saved charts or calendar event content, and never feeds them into ads or analytics. It never sees or stores your payment details. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and no sale or transfer of data to anyone beyond Google (Firebase, AdMob) and the app stores above.
The app is not directed at children, does not ask anyone's age and collects no personally identifying information. The usage statistics and crash reports above are gathered at the device level and are not used to build profiles of people. Ads in the app are meant for adults and are not directed at children.
The data you enter lives on your device, so you control it directly: delete saved charts in the app, revoke the calendar permission in system settings, or uninstall the app to erase everything it has stored. We hold no copy of any of that.
Usage statistics and crash reports do sit with Firebase. Uninstalling stops the sending and drops the installation identifier. To have earlier records deleted, write to minhbq@eupgroup.net with a rough time and your device model so we can locate them and ask Google to erase them.
Auspicious days, travel directions and Tử Vi charts follow traditional tables and are offered as cultural reference. The app gives no medical, financial or legal advice.
If a future version starts handling data differently, this policy will be updated with a new effective date before that version ships.
